Cancellation Policy

Beleza values your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. In order to respect the schedules of our providers and other guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Late Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule any and all appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be subject to 50% off the scheduled service.

Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment without a 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Any outstanding cancellations or no show fees must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.
