Cancellation Policy

Services: We require a 24 hour minimum notice to cancel or reschedule any and all appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be subject to 50% off the scheduled service. 

Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment without a 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Any outstanding cancellations or no show fees must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.

Product: At beleza we want you to feel confident in the products you purchase and recommendations you receive. Due to the professional nature of our skincare products the following return policy applies to all retail purchases.

                                                                           14-day Return Policy:

* Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase. 

*Products must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

*Products that are significantly used, empty or more than reasonably sampled are not eligible for return. 

*Products purchased more than 14 days ago are considered final sale.

Gift Cards: To protect our clients and ensure gift cards are redeemed accurately the physical gift card must be present at the time of redemption. 

*Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. 

*Gift cards should be treated as cash. Beleza is not responsible for lost, sole, damaged or misplaced gift cards.
